A sweet & salty + cinnamon ! snack

Ingredients

  • Popcorn
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar (optional) (If you already have cinnamon sugar, that works too)
  • Bowl

Instructions

  1. Make popcorn
    1. out of a bag, or from kernels
  2. As soon as it’s done popping, when it is still hot! Add cinnamon or cinnamon sugar
    1. if kernels are plain, spray with butter or oil first and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (helps coating)
  3. Thoroughly mix and season evenly, enjoy!

Thai Tea Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Thai Tea bag or 1 tbsp thai tea mix
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Simmer milk
  2. Remove from heat and steep tea leaves for 3 minutes
  3. Remove tea leaves and add in 1/2 cup condensed milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Taste now and add sugar if needed.
  4. Add cornstarch.
  5. Bring to low boil, stirring continuously.
  6. After it starts to solidify, keep stirring for 1 minute and 30 seconds, making sure it doesn’t stick and burn on the bottom.
  7. Pour into container and serve chilled.

Who would have known that dark chocolate, white chocolate, pecans, and butter make an amazing cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans
  • Sea Salt or Salt Flakes (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and creamy.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time. Mix until incorporated.
  5. Slowly add dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture until just incorporated.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  7. Drop large heaping scoops of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Top with sea salt flakes. (You can also add the salt flakes after baking for a prettier look, but I prefer to do before so they stick a little better.)
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

  • Sugar
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Baking Powder
  • Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Chips

  1.  Add 3 tablespoon’s of flour
  2. Add 3 tablespoon’s of sugar
  3. Add  1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. Add 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder
  5. Mix dry ingredients to create an even consistency.
  6. Add 3 tablespoon’s of mill
  7. Add 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
  8. Add 1/8 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  9. Keep Stirring!
  10. Add as many chocolate chips as you’d like!
  11. Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
  12. Let cool, and eat!

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • Lemon juice
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit
  2. Chop cauliflower into small florets, roast for 20-30 minutes until charred.
  3. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
  4. For sauce, finely mince garlic and put in mixing bowl
  5. Add enough oil to coat garlic, then slowly add salt, red pepper flakes and lemon juice to taste.
  6. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce and add seasoning to taste.

  • Brioche Bread
  • Eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl
  2. Add a spoonful of sugar
  3. Add some milk
  4. Mix the ingredients
  5. Add cinnamon and mix it again
  6. Dip both sides of your bread into the mix
  7. Place the bread onto a pan at low medium heat
  8. Flip after one to two minutes
  9. Plate the french toast after another one to two minutes
  10. Enjoy with syrup, cheese, or fruits!

  • Cookie Butter/Nutella/other similar spread
  • Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan to low-medium heat.
  2. Place tortilla in pan until slightly golden on both sides.
  3. Add cookie butter (or Nutella or other similar spread).
  4. Fold tortilla in half and make sure to spread the filling evenly.
  5. Fold tortilla in half again and plate.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  1. Thoroughly wash potato
  2. Dry the skin for crispy skin
  3. Pierce potato skin all over with fork to release steam
  4. Rub in oil, salt, pepper
  5. Microwave for 7 minutes or until you can easily pierce with a fork.
  6. Cut in half, season with more salt and pepper as necessary and add toppings! Enjoy!
