A cheesy side dish that will make your mouth water!


  • Corn
  • Cheese
  • Mayo


  1. Drain the corn
  2. Put the corn into a cast iron on low heat
  3. Pat down the corn
  4. Add a dollop of mayo
  5. Stir the mayo and corn
  6. Add cheese on top
  7. Put the cast iron into the oven
  8. Broil for 3 minutes at 550
