Want to utilizes the resources of build IT? Tell us about your event plans and how you envision using our space. We'll review your request and get back to you with options as soon as possible. Please allow one month's notice before the event date for scheduling and logistical arrangements. This allows us to provide the best support and ensure a successful event. Event Planning Information

build IT can comfortably hold only 20 people at a time. If you are hoping for an event with a larger crowd, consider splitting your group into two sections.

While we are able to provide the equipment, any consumable materials that you hope to use will need to be provided by the event organizers.

If you are planning an event for an organization with a regular meeting time, we recommend scheduling the event during that time.

Our space is accessible to all. Please inform us of any specific accommodations needed for your attendees.

Organizers are responsible for helping to set up and clean up the space. Please allow sufficient time for both before and after your event to do so.

If your event requires hands-on use of our machines (such as sewing or 3D printing), please note that we have a limited number of each. For larger groups, not everyone may be able to participate simultaneously, so consider this when planning your activities.
