Easy lunch in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Ground meat/proteins
  • Leafy greens
  • Bean sprouts
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili Oil
  • Honey/sugar
  • Noodles

Instructions

  1. Crush your garlic and wash your veggies
  2. Boil your water and heat up a pan for meat and veggies
  3. Cook your meat and garlic, then add in your veggies
  4. Boil your noodles according to the instructions
  5. Add noodles to the pot with meat and veggies, add in seasoning to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

Instructions

  1. Follow the baking instructions for the cookie dough
  2. Take out the cookies
  3. Cut through the ice cream container to get a cylindrical ice cream
  4. Place it onto one end of the cookie
  5. Place the second cookie on top

  • Corn
  • Cheese
  • Mayo

Instructions

  1. Drain the corn
  2. Put the corn into a cast iron on low heat
  3. Pat down the corn
  4. Add a dollop of mayo
  5. Stir the mayo and corn
  6. Add cheese on top
  7. Put the cast iron into the oven
  8. Broil for 3 minutes at 550

Ingredients

  • bowl with water
  • green food coloring
  • egg
  • ham
  • fork, knife, plate

Instructions

  1. Mix a drop of food coloring in a small amount of water
  2. Add egg to  bowl, mix thoroughly with food coloring
  3. Slice ham into squares, or whatever shape you like
  4. Add ham into pan
  5. Let ham heat up a bit, then pour in green egg mixture
  6. Scramble or cook egg your liking (maybe make an omelet ?)
  7. Season with salt and pepper, or another garnish if you’re fancy
  8. Eat and enjoy, think about Dr. Seuss I guess

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • minced garlic
  • heavy cream
  • red pepper flakes
  • paprika
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • thyme
  • grated parmesan
  • Pasta of your choice
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta, strain and reserve some pasta water
  2. Heat pan over medium heat
  3. Add butter and spread over pan
  4. Add minced garlic and cook until soft
  5. Add heavy cream
  6. Add red pepper flakes, paprika oregano, rosemary, thyme, grated parmesan to taste. Mix until creamy
  7. Add pasta water
  8. When sauce begins to thicken, add cooked pasta. Stir until well coated
  9. Add more parmesan and parsley to taste.
  10. Enjoy!

Rice Krispies

Ingredients

For 8 inch tin

  • 4 + 2/3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 4 tbsp Salted butter
  • 10 oz Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt marshmallows and butter together in microwave for about 1 minute. Take out occasionally and stir to check if it’s melted to make sure you won’t over cook the marshmallows.
  2. Stir in rice krispies carefully
  3. Spread into 8 inch tin and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut and serve!

Churro Popcorn

Ingredients

  • Popcorn
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar (optional) (If you already have cinnamon sugar, that works too)
  • Bowl

Instructions

  1. Make popcorn
    1. out of a bag, or from kernels
  2. As soon as it’s done popping, when it is still hot! Add cinnamon or cinnamon sugar
    1. if kernels are plain, spray with butter or oil first and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (helps coating)
  3. Thoroughly mix and season evenly, enjoy!

Thai Tea Pudding

Surprisingly easy, unsurprisingly delicious

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Thai Tea bag or 1 tbsp thai tea mix
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Simmer milk
  2. Remove from heat and steep tea leaves for 3 minutes
  3. Remove tea leaves and add in 1/2 cup condensed milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Taste now and add sugar if needed.
  4. Add cornstarch.
  5. Bring to low boil, stirring continuously.
  6. After it starts to solidify, keep stirring for 1 minute and 30 seconds, making sure it doesn’t stick and burn on the bottom.
  7. Pour into container and serve chilled.
